Fini Concierge made our rather difficult move possible as we had what I considered to be a wonderful "body double" to handle everything for us. With two busy jobs and a baby due around our move date, we decided to outsource almost everything related to moving into our new home to Chantal. And were we glad we did! After the baby arrived early, while we were shuttling back and forth to the hospital, Chantal arranged to have the hardwood floors refinished, bedrooms painted, carpets and house cleaned, telephone, utilities and cable turned on and address changed. She got us estimates from two moving companies, was there to do the walk through and booked the movers. Then she helped with the packing, move and unpacking. On the day of the move in early December our heat stopped working and she got us someone to fix it - as I escaped with my two young children to the warmth of a relative's home. When I had to make an unexpected trip into the hospital the next day, as we were unpacking, she organized the house and oversaw the movers. When we got home, all of our clothes were put away, food and dishes put in the cupboards, and toys organized. Her final act was to run to the pharmacy to fill my prescription when we arrived home, exhausted, from the hospital that evening. We couldn't have done this move without Fini and I have to say how happy we were both with them and that despite a new baby and a new house we were completely moved in the day after the movers left - in plenty of time to decorate for Christmas and enjoy our son's 2nd birthday party the next weekend.
