Our Story

Chantal and Ed Boxer, our husband and wife founders, started Simplified because they wanted to help people faced with the same daily challenges that they encountered in their own lives. With three children and a business to manage, they know the feeling of never having enough time all too well.

In 2004, Ed and Chantal created Simplified so that busy families and individuals would have a resource they could call upon when they needed help. They wanted to offer a no-judgement, easily accessible team of highly qualified problem solvers that would be available to people when they needed help with most aspects of life – a team that can run your errands, hire your nanny, plan your next vacation and donate your old ski equipment. Rooted in the belief that we shouldn’t feel the guilt of having to “do it all” Simplified comes from a desire to help people focus on what is important to them – family, work, friends and having the time and energy to do the things they enjoy. Our motto, consider it done, reflects our commitment to providing a simpler way of life.

Meet The Team

Chantal Boxer

Never having dreamed of owning a business and now with three children, Chantal relishes each opportunity to help clients have an easier day because she gets the struggle. Having worked in the non-profit world for years before founding Simplified, her heart has always been inspired by making life better for people. As the word “no” doesn’t come easily to her, she’s just as happy organizing someone’s closet as she is coordinating a client event or wrapping gifts. When she’s not working on a Simplified project, she loves to overcommit herself to volunteer school committees, entertaining friends at her home, and never misses an opportunity to spend time on the beach with her family.

Edward Boxer

Having grown up on Cape Cod but lived in the Boston area for nearly 20 years, Ed’s as happy with a fishing rod in his hand as he is watching a Red Sox game at Fenway Park. Having worked in both commercial and residential real estate prior to founding Simplified, he knows how to manage projects and connect with the right people to get things done. We’ve still never met a person who doesn’t love to work with Ed. In addition to working with clients, Ed is also Simplified’s accounting department. On weekends, you’ll probably find him on the sideline of one of his kid’s games or working on one of the countless home projects that Chantal puts him up to.

Allison Nadeau

Cape Cod native Allison Nadeau knows the Lower Cape as well as anyone. Having grown up in Provincetown and now raising her children in Orleans, she can point you to the best ice cream shop, quiet beach or hidden spot to see 4th of July fireworks. With a background as an executive/personal assistant to the CEO of a Boston based beauty and fashion brand and TV style consultant, she has experience ranging from working with the Rachel Ray show to booking last minute travel arrangements to buying the perfect thank you gift. Allison, Simplified’s resident task master, enjoys working with local Cape residents and vacationers alike. In her free time, you’ll often find Allison at the beach with her family or baking with her girls.

Natalie Silva

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Natalie’s love for New England has kept her in Massachusetts since graduating from Bryant University in 2015. However, her wanderlust keeps her exploring near and far, making her a great resource for planning a trip be it for business or pleasure. Natalie’s background in corporate events and more recently, commercial insurance, allows her to lend her expertise on a broad range of topics though at the center of it all, is her desire to help people. If there is a better, easier and quicker way to do something, Natalie is determined to find it! When not checking off to-do lists, Natalie enjoys Cape Cod beaches any time of year, practicing or teaching yoga and getting lost in a good book.

Kelly Hynes

Having lived in Massachusetts all of her life and with a background in client service, personal assistance and nannying, there is little that you can throw Kelly’s way that makes her blink. Always juggling many projects at any given time, Kelly is a multi-tasking and time management wonder. Having grown up in Western Massachusetts and graduating from UMASS Amherst, Kelly currently lives in Milton with her husband and three children. Any free time she has is spent reading, taking walks, sneaking away to the Cape any weekend she can manage and constantly wondering how three kids can possibly generate so much dirty laundry each day.
